Experience in the mining industry for Over 16 Years
Tag Along (TA) is a start-up company founded by Mphonyana Paulina Mtakati with analytical chemistry background. She has vast experience in the different roles held respectively while employed.
TA understands its position that it is a young ambitious company with the mission to provide professional services to all its clients and suppliers therefore presents the founder’s work experience as its own references.

The name of the company in full (Tag Along Mother and Daughter Goals) was adopted with a goal of getting mothers and daughters working together to shape up the future of a girl child.
The following will be the key focus areas:
- Internship programme for students
- Creation and provision of employment opportunities
- Developing individual businesses through labour intensive methods of construction.
- Assisting existing businesses with registration.
History
Mphonyana is the rising force to be recognised with, from humble beginnings as Plant operator to Assistant Chief Chemist she honed her trade in mining industry for more than sixteen years.
An entrepreneurial spirit has seen her develop into a leader of her own supply and delivery of goods and service company because she has an investigative personality that separates quality from quantity.
She worked at Vaal River Laboratory for 14 years with one goal in her mind, to equip herself for independency and when faced with retrenchment in 2018 she prepared a viable business plan to establish the Vaal River Laboratory from her previous employer and was considered as a buyer and that fulfilled her ultimate goal of being in charge of her destiny.
Her humility shows in her hands-on approach, she is a great believer in team effort as such a true emphasis is placed on engaging with suppliers and clients alike. Empowerment of self and others remains a priority to her. In turn only professional staff compliment will be working close by with this dynamic entrepreneur.
